Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to the VELMONT CLUB website, use of our services, and purchases made through our store. By visiting the website or placing an order with VELMONT CLUB ("Velmont Club", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (together, the "Agreement").

Velmont Club products are supplied through our sourcing and fulfilment network. Depending on availability, inventory location, and the logistics route selected, an order may be shipped from the United States or from one of our international fulfilment partners.

Electronic Records and Signatures

When you complete a transaction with us, you agree that contracts, records, notices, and signatures may be provided or completed electronically. Your electronic actions may create a binding agreement consistent with the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Orders, Review, and Acceptance

We may accept, restrict, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. Examples include suspected fraud or misuse, pricing or product listing errors, inventory shortages, fulfilment limitations, or other supply-related circumstances.

Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership of the products and responsibility for loss pass to the customer after the parcel has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delays resulting from carriers, customs reviews, inspections, or border procedures are outside our direct control and do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. We will, however, assist with investigating or tracing delayed shipments when possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and for following the policies that apply to their order. Where return or refund procedures are clearly or repeatedly abused, we may decline future service when appropriate.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and remains subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
